The little red windmill is a symbol of sin in the city, often looked down upon by the upper class. In addition to the pornographic entertainment, shady dealings between criminals are also conducted here.

No New Posts Pigelle Port

This particular port is home to all sorts of merchant ships exporting and importing goods from all over the world. In addition to being considered a red light district, Pigelle is well known for it's vast seafood markets. Even though it's located in such a bad area, Parisian travel to the the port just so they can get their hands on the best fish for their restaurants.

It is home to the Moulin Rouge, a risqué cabaret club featuring girls who dance the can can and strippers. Parisian's of stature would never be caught dead here.
