Born December 31, Emile was born to a peasant proprietor and mayor of Marsanne (Drôme). When he was a child he was always fascinated with the idea of becoming a lawyer. Why they made a lot of money, didn't they? They were esteemed and a little popularity was something Emile didn't mind at all. To to mention he had a sense of justice towards criminals and was always the child that make sure the bad kids behaved. Even if that meant a good left hook and a punch to their nose. That made him popular with the girls, but he was also targeted many times by the older kids for his sense of justice. A little kid can take on only so many people. Physically he was rather average compared to other kids his age, but mentally he certain was the top of his class. Graduating as the valedictorian he moved on to college to get his degree in law school.

Along the way of law school he met a wonderful woman by the name of Marie Louise Picard. After their marriage, many times Marie had urged Emile to get into politics. The woman very patriotic towards her country of France that it made Emile feel rather ashamed at how much he cared for his country. Graduating law school he finally decided to poke his head into the area of politics along side with his wife for support. They would travel to many places in France to campaign losing the first elections to Felix Faure, but went for a second try. Sadly during his run for presidency an attempt at his life resulted in the loss of his wife when a bomb was thrown under his carriage. It was then that he met Lucia.

A year later into his presidency the time for France to host the World Fair comes up. Tragically many murders happened on the construction of the World Fair with the many nasty rumors of his demise. Yet he made sure to make no one think that he knows of such plans and keeps Lucia by his side until the culprits were to be found. Recruiting the Rousseau and Dubois family to take care of the matter. Very sympathetic towards their case in remembrance of his own pain towards the loss of his wife, he hopes that such a case might help them. The World Fair must go on!
